The Caregiving Concierge™
Privacy Policy
You are trusting us with details about someone you love. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you keep.
Effective: 08/05/2026 · Last updated: 08/05/2026
01 Who we are
AdVantage Digital LLC operates The Caregiving Concierge™, a website and web application for family caregivers.
The Caregiving Concierge™ is a product of Advantage Digital LLC, doing business publicly as AdVantage Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to thecaregivingconcierge.com, the Caregiving Concierge web application, our waitlist, and related communications we operate (together, the "Service").
02 Information we collect
We collect account and waitlist details, information you choose to enter into the app, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve the Service.
Information you provide
- Waitlist and marketing information, such as your email address, consent choices, and form-submission details.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password credentials, profile information, and workspace membership.
- Care record content you choose to enter, including medications, conditions, allergies, providers, appointments, schedules, tasks, daily care notes, insurance information, financial records, legal-document details, uploaded files, end-of-life preferences, and life-story entries.
- Billing information, such as plan, subscription status, receipts, and payment history. Full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Support and feedback communications you send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Browser, device, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
- Pages or features viewed, error information, and general usage activity.
- Cookies and related browser storage used to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure the Service, and understand basic usage.
03 Information about the person receiving care
Most information in a caregiving account is about someone other than the account owner. You are responsible for having permission or legal authority to enter and share it.
By entering information about a care recipient, you confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so, such as authority under a power of attorney, healthcare proxy, guardianship, conservatorship, or similar arrangement.
You are responsible for choosing who may access the workspace, assigning appropriate roles, and removing access when someone no longer needs it.
04 How we use information
We use information to run the Service, manage accounts and billing, support users, keep the platform secure, and improve it.
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Store and display care records, synchronize data, and support collaboration between authorized workspace members.
- Manage waitlist communications, account messages, billing, subscription status, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to support requests and investigate reported problems.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Understand how the Service is used and improve features, using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share care-record content for targeted advertising.
05 When we share information
We share information only with the vendors that help run the Service, the people you authorize, or when lawfully required.
- Authorized workspace members you invite, according to the role and permissions assigned to them.
- Service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, website forms, analytics, and customer support.
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, court order, subpoena, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and protections.
Partner organizations and employers do not receive your care record or individual app activity. Where a program uses a promotional code, we may report aggregate redemption totals without sharing the underlying care information.
06 AI Assistant status
The in-app AI Caregiving Concierge assistant is not yet active for public use.
Before activating the AI Assistant, we will update this policy and any related disclosure pages to identify the provider, explain what information is sent, describe retention and training terms, and explain the choices available to users.
Until then, the Service does not send care-record content to an AI provider through that feature.
07 Cookies and local storage
Cookies and browser storage help the site and app work, keep sessions secure, remember preferences, and provide basic usage information.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other core functions from working. More detail is available in our Cookie Notice.
08 How we protect information
We use access controls, encryption, restricted administrative access, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted transmission, encrypted storage where supported by our infrastructure, and restricted access based on business need.
You can help by using a strong unique password, signing out on shared devices, and promptly removing members who no longer need access.
09 How long we keep information
We keep information while it is needed to provide the Service and for limited operational, security, billing, and legal purposes afterward.
During prelaunch and beta operation, retention may vary by record type and testing purpose. Before opening paid public subscriptions, we will publish a specific post-cancellation retention schedule.
We may keep limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records for longer periods when reasonably necessary or legally required. Routine backups are removed on a rolling schedule.
10 Your rights and choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Access information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated information, subject to lawful exceptions.
- Export information in a reasonably portable format where available.
- Opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
To make a request, email support@advantagedigital.co. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, especially when a request affects information about another person or a shared workspace.
11 Children
The Service is for adults and is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, email support@advantagedigital.co.
12 Changes and contact
We will update this page as the Service changes and will post a new date at the top.
We may update this policy as our Service, vendors, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes may also be communicated by email, through the app, or through a notice on the website.
