The Caregiving Concierge™
Cookie Notice
The small files and browser storage used by our website and app, what they do, and the choices available to you.
Effective: 08/05/2026 · Last updated: 08/05/2026
01 The short version
We use cookies to run the site, keep members signed in, secure the app, and understand basic site activity. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell personal information, use care-record information for advertising, or permit third parties to build advertising profiles from your activity.
02 What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Related browser technologies, including local storage, may remember a session, preserve preferences, or hold working information so a page or feature can function properly.
Some cookies disappear when you close the browser. Others remain for a limited period so the site can remember a setting or keep a secure session active.
03 What we use
Strictly necessary
These support security, session management, page routing, form protection, and other functions required for the website or app to operate.
Functional
These remember choices such as interface preferences or a recent view. The app may also use local storage to preserve working state and improve performance.
Basic analytics
Our website platform may collect general information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and errors. We use this information to understand whether the website works and where visitors encounter problems.
04 Services involved
These services may set cookies, use related browser storage, or receive technical information while providing their functions.
- Squarespace hosts the public website and provides site functionality and basic visitor statistics.
- HubSpot provides the embedded founding-waitlist form, submission processing, and spam protection.
- Supabase provides app authentication and secure session management for signed-in members.
- Stripe provides checkout, payment security, and fraud-prevention functions when paid enrollment is available.
These providers process information only for the functions they provide to us, subject to their contracts and privacy terms. The app and its data flows are described more fully in our Privacy Policy.
05 Your browser choices
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and clear local storage through privacy or site settings. You may also use a private or incognito window, which generally removes session information after the window is closed.
Blocking necessary cookies or clearing session storage can prevent sign-in, interrupt form submission, or cause unsaved work to be lost.
Where applicable law requires it, we honor Global Privacy Control signals. The older Do Not Track setting does not have a consistent industry standard.
06 Shared devices
Caregiving often happens on shared computers and tablets. If you remain signed in, another person using the device may be able to open information available to your account. Sign out when finished or use a private window on devices shared with others.
